The day I met Enzo Vogrincic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On September 17th of 2023, I had the honor to watch Society of the Snow<\/em> for the very first time, as part of the feature film team. It was an incredible experience. Share this two hours with all the team was an unforgettable moment. It will remain in my mind forever. I am eternally grateful for being part of such and amazing film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J. A. Bayona (director) came with Enzo Vogrincic (main character) to this special show of the film. At the end of the film, I could met Enzo for some minutes and I could congratulate him for his performance. He also congratulated all the VFX team for our incredible job changing Sierra Nevada to Los Andes, among many other things. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Of course, I needed that signature<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As soon as I knew that J. A. Bayona would be presenting the book C\u00f3mo se hizo la Sociedad de la Nieve<\/em> with the authors Desir\u00e9e de Fez and Endika Rey, I decided I must be there. Of course, I needed that signature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, on 15th of July of 2024, I went to the presentation of the second edition of the book (I had the book since it was published for the first time). I could met Desir\u00e9e and Endika, but also Jota. I changed some thoughts with him about the VFX of the films and coment from first person some curiosities of my personal work for the film. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you very much for signing the book for me. It is one of my most precious treasures. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

My anecdote with Ingrid Garc\u00eda-Jonsson<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On Halloween 2023, I was working on the VFX of A whale<\/em>. I decided that day to dressed up as the main character of the film, with the pool cap, the raincoat, the boots and the gun. We all have good time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A year later, on October 10th of 2024, we went to the Sitges Film Festival to watch the film for the first time. Pablo (director) and part of the cast, including Ingrid, were there. When the film finished, I ran into her and I showed a photo of me dressed like her. It delighted her and she started laughing. Then we took the selfie at the right. It was a good moment to remeber.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

It was an honor…<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On February 5th of 2024 I was invited to deliver the award of Best Fiction<\/em> at the Festival Optiks, at Factultat d’Informaci\u00f3 i Mitjans Audiovisuals – Universitat de Barcelona, where I studied my media studies career. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was an honor and I am grateful to had the chance to talk to future filmmakers and share some experiences and anecdotes of the Society of the Snow post-production with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
